Perpetual licence
Your purchase unlocks the feature set available when you buy, and that version is yours to keep.
No data hostage
At your image limit you can still browse, organise and export. Only adding new images pauses until you upgrade.
Home use only
The $99 tier is for personal and household use. Commercial and studio licensing will be handled separately.

Is this a subscription?
No. The planned paid licences are one-time purchases. You own the software version you buy, and it continues to work. There is no recurring monthly or annual fee.
How do upgrades work?
Buy a new licence whenever you need more capacity. Home owners pay only the $50 difference to step up directly to Home Unlimited. Your existing library stays where it is.
What counts toward the image limit?
Unique managed image assets count. Exact duplicates are excluded, and a RAW+JPEG pair shot at the same time counts as one unified asset. Only distinct photographic files indexed in your library count against the cap.
Are updates free?
Bug and security fixes are free forever. New features are an optional paid upgrade if you decide you want future functionality. You are never forced to upgrade to keep using what you bought.
Do RAW+JPEG pairs count as one asset?
Yes. RAW+JPEG pairs shot simultaneously count as a single unified asset against your image limit.
Is there an enterprise version?
Commercial and enterprise licensing is planned separately, along with multi-user, NAS libraries and priority support. Business and studio deployment licensing will be announced in a future milestone.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Browsing, organising and exporting keep working. Your entire existing archive remains fully accessible; only importing new images pauses until you upgrade.
